My husband was offered Aetna Health Insurance but we're thinking about getting coverage through my company. We have Multiplan PPO there.

Aetna is a good company, but along with all the other major health insurance companies they are like automobile manufacturers. They both offer a variety of product, from the basic low end model all the way up to the model that's fully loaded with all the options. You'll just need to weigh the benefits with the premium on both plans. No one here will know what benefits are offered.
