who knows of good health insurances that would be affordable and good and who cover pap smears practically im in search of one but cant find the right one i really need it asap someone help thank you!

Contact Blue Cross/Blue Shield. They have private contract options and their services are fairly reasonable. I used them for about 3 years before marrying into the military and getting crappy Navy clinic service. If you don't want to go the insurance route (or can't find an affordable plan), then you can always try public clinics or planned parenthood.
