Do group health insurance plans provide for covering costs of auto insurance?

How come part-time employees don't qualify for employer's group health insurance plans? Please help me.

Your question makes no sense with the narrative that follows. Group health insurance plans only cover medical care for the employees of a group of people who work in a company. Auto insurance is totally separate and pays for damages or accidents in a car and both are totally separate policies. The only time a company would pay for the costs of auto insurance would be if the company owns autos that the employees drive in the business, but not their own personal auto that they own. But sometimes in some companies if the employer expects you to use your own personal auto in the business, may pay the premium of your auto vs buying autos themselves for the employee. As for part time employees don't qualify for group health insurance in about 99% of all companies is that the cost for group health insurance is very expensive for the employer. Also, most other benefits are not qualified as a PT employee, ie; vacation, 401K, life insurance etc. Many employers would rather hire 2 PT employees vs 1 FT employee to save costs.
