Where and how can I get health insurance that covers medical dental and vision?

I tried to get some type of medical help but they told me I made too much and to try healthy Ny but... thing is they do not cover dental or vision. So I was wondering what health insurance would cover these things. I have been sick for a while and haven't been able to see a doctor because of the insurance thing. Thank you for your help I greatly appreciate it.
