My parents do not have health insurance. I have health insurance through work and I want to cover them under it. My dad is 60 and my mom is 52 and I am 23. Is there a certain age that they need to be in order for me to add them? Thanks for any help/info!

Only in very rare instances where they are your dependents, totally. So rather doubtful that you could get them covered, but you are a nice child to try to include them.
