I provided you two files from the US Census Bureau. Hopefully, they are not too subjective. The spreadsheet lists the percentage of uninsured Americans as about 15%. This spreadsheet says nothing about the amount of people who are underinsured or about the type of coverage received. Some of the statistics listed in the previous answer are detailed in these files.
