If most people become infected with an STD then will they need health insurance to treat the disease?

Are most STD treatments within the reach of people who cannot afford health insurance? If an STD, infected, person, is treated then will his life expectancy be decreased? Magic Johnson has been infected with HIV for about 18years. Is that a result of his wealth?

You need to stop using STD and HIV as if they were the same thing. That being said, if you have HIV and are treated for that, your life expectancy will probably be decreased. Several STD's can be cured within 1 week and will never cause any long term problems or decrease your life expectancy. Other STD's like Herpes can continue to cause minor problems for you for the rest of your life. .
