I am looking for a health insurance plan, and I came across this term while surfing the net… please let me know if there is any difference in the price or the way you use an online plan and a regular plan. Is there any difference in the benefits in the plans or any other difference? Since I am working I don't have time to meet agents and that's why I wanted to know the difference between them... please let me know asap.

There is no difference. You can buy the same plan online that you buy offline though not all companies have the ability for people to apply online but most do.
