Do you know the difference between Health Care and Health Insurance?

The bill that past did nothing to provide or gaurantee heathcare as a right to everyone. What it did is mandate you buy health insurance. Everyone seems to think it was about health care, it was not. I do but every time I try to tell me that the bill didn't actually address health-care they seem surprised and often disagree.. The bill isn't about providing the poor with insurance. We already have medicaid and dozens of state programs to address this need. This was about the government telling me that I must, under the threat of civil penalty, buy health insurance. A power grab and payback to the insurance companies and nothing more..
