Should cigarette smokers like Obama pay more for health insurance?

I mean why should that guy get off paying the same rates as somebody who takes care of their body?

Let's see: Research and experience tells insurance companies that smokers have more health problems and require more care. That care costs money. So YES, smokers should pay more for health insurance. Bad drivers, as evidenced by more accidents, should also pay more for auto insurance.
