I think I heard him say that he wants to give tax breaks to the people who have health insurance, but, did he say anything about the people who aren't able to afford it at all?

Basically, he plans to tax people - the middle class - who already have insurance through their employers, to finance insurance for people who don't have insurance. What it will do is force many employers to drop their health insurance programs thereby creating even MORE uninsured people. Gotta be the dumbest domestic plan he ever had.
