Is it fair to shove health insurance down the throats of low-income workers and fine them if they cannot pay?

That's what Hillary plans to do. Not even a mention of how these people will be aided if they cannot afford it.

She had to admit it when Obama called her on it and he highlighted that his plan does not mandate it and thus making his plan $50 billion and $65 billion Contrast that to HIllary's which will cost $110 Billion. His plan is cheaper
