In a business to supply employees with health insurance must you pay a monthly fee?

I wanted to know because I was planning on starting a business and wanted to know if doing that for an employee requires that type of payment.

Not necessarily - but the employer has to subtract the cost of the health insurance from the paychecks, and forward it to the insurance company. Most employers contribute HALF the cost of the insurance, for the employee. That's how you actually convince employees to sign up for the insurance.
