I have "Keystone Mercy Insurance" which can be used within the state of PA only. I need to have a heart surgery and I want to have it at Clevland Clinic in Ohio. Is there any way my insurance can be trasfered or are there any other options?

Contact your insurance company and ask them whether they will cover it. sometimes they will give authorization. You may have to get your doctor to fill out forms. The best way to know is to call and ask. The worse they can do is say no.
