Do you tip when you get massage with health insurance at the Dr. office? I mean I know you do at the spa, but what about at the Dr? The insurance company is getting soaked for most of the bill...so do you tip or not? I am getting a hour massage tomorrow, medically written for for by my DC, and I am not sure what to do at the end.
