Can an employer cancel your health insurance due to lifestyle?

John Doe routinely participates in activities such as skydiving, rock climbing and bungee jumping. His employer told him to stop the activities or they would cancel his health insurance. John Doe's health insurance was cancelled after an article appeared in the paper highlighting his dangerous life style. What can he do? The real name will not be a part of this also he has worked for the company for 10 years is the top rep every quarter.

If they pay for it, yes. If he pays for it - they would have no vested interest in doing such an action.
