What are the pros and cons of not having national health insurance in the united states?

ok, so my english teacher told us to write a pursuasive report, and well i need some help on the pros and cons for not having national health insurance in the united states, any help please, its not cheating its helping!! Theres a difference!!!

It absolutely is NOT cheaper elsewhere. Look up what the taxes are in these countries. Pay particular attention to Sweden...32% employer tax (compared to our 7.5%), high income tax, AND a 25% (yes twenty five) sales tax. It's far more expensive everywhere else, AND you have to wait. The only con is that people will think they don't need coverage here and go without. Thinking the gov't can run anything properly is absurd.
