I am about 4'9 with 36d breast. I am very active and there is alot i like to do but with breast this size i have constant back pains. I dont have much credit for a loan nor do i know someone who will cosign.I also dont have any health insurance and i need this surgery asap. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Borrow a down payment from family - then discuss with your doctor a payment plan. Or if your personal physician is not the one doing the surgery - see if they know a surgeon who will take a down payment, and then the rest in installments.
