My brother is divorced and pays child support and provides health insurance for his 2 kids. One of his minor daughters just gave birth to a baby. Will he be required to provide health insurance for the baby of his dependent, or will the State of Texas require the baby's father to "step up"?

Your probably going to have to look up the laws of Texas. I would think that the babys father would have to provide insurance not the babys grandfather. She can also apply for the state aid insurance.
