If I get into a car accident and have my own car and insurance policy but my parents pay my health insurance are they liable? Can they be sued?

Not automatically - but a good lawyer can make a strong case for it, if your parents are providing you ANY financial support. I had a client get sued for an accident his son was in, and he LOST that lawsuit. As I posted, the other time you asked this.
