. Since the health insurance mandate, only effects american citizens. Just how will the federal government know who is a citizen and who is not a citizen, to determine who must purchase health insurance or not ? Evidently they are not allowed to ask for proof of citizenship anymore.

Ding! Ding! Ding! I think we have a winner. Not only are we not allowed to ask for proof of citizenship which will, in essence, provide illegal immigrants with health care at tax payer expense which was always the plan, or to quote Joe Wilson, "You lie!", which he obviously did, but illegals will get a bonus because they will not be subject to that mandate because we won't know who they are and so cannot impose this mandate on them. So, they sort of get the gravy on both sides of their potatoes. Isn't socialism great?
