Will someone please give me a summary as to how Obamacare is going to make health insurance cheaper for all?

and help take down the federal deficit? I personally just don't understand how it will. Thanks!

it's easy. NObamaCare will bankrupt health insurance, then bring down the financial markets, then bring down medical care, so all Americans will live under Socialism and health insurance will cost NOTHING because under Socialism it's all free
