call around to different dermatologist and ask questions before you show up. find out how much a consultation will be. getting insurance will get you the discount office visits and discounted prices on the service. don't think that having insurance means you pay $0 for anything you have done, its just cheaper with insurance and you have a maximum if something really bad happens.

Health is absolutely the need of hour without which it is difficult to meet up all the health care needs. I agree that health insurance will not pay all the expenses but it will reduce to minimal which can be easily afforded.
