The only way to tell which company is best for you is to work with a local agent that represents all of the major companies in your area. This is because you will need to tell the agent exactly what you are taking and what health condition you are taking it for, something you shouldn't tell on a public forum. The agent can then find out what companies will accept you and on what terms. Some companies will cover your meds for an increased premium, others will cover your meds after a waiting period while others may not cover your meds at all. You cannot do this on your own or over the internet. There is no extra charge using an agent.
