Do you have to pay for a spouses health insurance if you are getting a divorce?

If I am paying child support and alimony am I still obligated to pay for my wifes health insurance? I am also trying to get a divorce from her.

Go speak with an agent at your insurance company and have her name removed from the policy . Until a judge makes a ruling that you are required to carry insurance on her , then I see no reason that you would have to . Good luck .
