Where does it say in the constitution that Americans are not allowed to have a public health insurance option?

Nowhere. Where does it say in the Constitution that we have a right to health insurance? Where does it say that the government can fine me if I don't have health insurance? Where does it say the government has the right to force me to have health insurance? Where does it say that it's the governments responsibility to provide health insurance for anyone? Same answer, NOWHERE. And by the way, insurance public or private is available to all.
