i own a small restaurant, the gross sales is around $300,000. per year, after my cpa goes through my tax return, i end up with about 100,000 in net sales. will i have to provide health insurance to my workers under the obama plan?

in net profit before taxes? net sales means gross sales minus returns from bad food or similar YOU should be providing this heath insurance now regardless; it is tax deductible; now you are netting x with the insurance you will show a smaller net. Isn't that good for tax purposes?
