If you have a broken arm you get surgery and get it fixed You pay a certain amount and there is no limit How come if you have a broken mouth...You only get a small portion with dental insurance. If dental / oral health can ruin overall health..shouldn't dental health be like going to the doctors and getting what needs to be done ...done...regardless of ability to pay but allow the dentist to make full profit like a doctor in a hospital?

People pay a fraction of the cost of health insurance for their dental insurance. You can't expect the same benefits without paying as much. People also need a lot more dental work than they will ever have broken arms.
