is this health insurance an HMO? or something different. does anyone know?

i think it works with medicare AmeriChoice offers health care coverage for beneficiaries of Medicaid and other state health care programs in all or parts of the states on the map at left. Our health plans are known by different names in different states, but all offer the same high quality care.
