this is great for insurance companies, but is it change you can believe in? How will you thank Obama and Democrats in Washington DC (since the are the ones who control govt and did in fact promise change) for selling your soul to insurance companies? I am not a Republican. I am just someone who sees the reality of what is happening to the american people and who believes that both Democrats and Republicans are following an anti american citizen agenda..

It amounts to a regressive tax that is not called a tax and not paid directly to the government. Politicians like the idea because it won't impact the budget, but they will still get to use your money for their purposes. Financially, I think it will mean disaster for many families.
