My mother needs surgery so she can begin dialysis but she has no health insurance. The insurance at my father's job is too expensive. She doesn't qualify for anything through the state. It appears that even though my father doesn't make enough money, he makes too much for them to qualify for assistance. What are some programs that would be available for her? She lives in Florida.
