where can I find a low cost health insurance?

Does anybody know where I can apply for low cost health insurance.. income is less then 10,000 yearly. Better yet if there is a free one that doesnt charge monthly..just pay part of the copay.. thanx

It depends on the state you live in for example Virginia offer a program called FAMIS. Post they state you live in and maybe we can help.
