Looking to start company. How much is health insurance?

Before I get specifics I was wondering if anyone knows ballpark figure for providing health insurance for myself and two other employees (if there is such a thing)? I don't want employees to pay for insurance and want to provide the basics. Thanks!

If you only have 2 or 3 employees then you should be looking at individual plans. They can buy them and you can reimburse them as long as your reimbursement is equal and fair. You can't give one employee $100 and the other $200 (unless of course that worked out to be an equal percentage of the cost). You'll pay (if they're healthy) a fraction 1/3 - 1/2 of what a group plan would run. Ballpark....at home plate it'd run $80/month and over in left field it'd run about $500/month for an individual. It depends on age, health, state, plan, etc...as someone said it's impossible to through out numbers (for example, the $350 and $1200 above serve no purpose whatsoever because it's accurate less than it's not)
