Is there supplemental insurance for someone who is already pregnant and already has a health insurance provide?

I'm pregnant, but the health insurance I have through my place of employment is really crappy. I already have a huge dr. bill (that will only get bigger as the pregnancy progresses). I want to know if there's any kid of supplemental insurance i can get that will cover the remainder of the costs my current insurance does not cover.
