Do you know any health insurance that covers for infertility treatement in TX?

Hi.. I am looking for individual health insurance.I have heard TX is mandated state for infertility treatment. So do you know any health insurance that covers infertility treatment like IUI/IVF or that covers medication involved in the treatment.

Texas requires the group insurers (not individual plans) offer coverage but employers are not required to sign up for it and provide it to their clients. You also need to meet their strict requirements including a diagnosed reason for infertility or have been trying for 5 years before being allowed IVF. You can read more about it here: http://www.resolve.org/site/PageServer?p… It would be best to start researching online and asking specifically about coverage, fertility coverage and their requirements . . . http://www.ehealthinsurance.com/ There are also programs where you can pay in advance for so many rounds of treatment and receive a discount if you do not become pregnant and shared risk programs - see Fertility Lifelines for more info: http://www.fertilitylifelines.com/ Good luck!
