And she was very helpful and she said if i ever had any questions or concerns I can call her back and she gave me her extension number. Now do you think that is excellent when an insurance rep agent does something like that? I mean I never talked to anybody like that before, especially an insurance rep agent.

Excellent customer service is great. Make sure you get quotes and everything else in writing so you can look it over.
