poorest of us. Paying an insurance company is the same as paying taxes, except that with the latter, you can be sure your brother will be covered and won't be treated like a charity case. Are you your Brother's Keeper, or a hypocritical Christian or other?

I know! The same people who screamed "kill this bill" during the debate over health care are usually the same people who read the Bible all the time and go to church every Sunday. It looks like they might have won because it looks like universal health care has fallen off the cliff yet again. I'm my brother's keeper even if many Christians aren't. I'm a non-believer.
