Does anyone have UPMC For You as their Health Insurance Coverage. If so can you answer this question?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone out there has UPMC For You as their Health Insurance Plan. If you do, do you know how much they cover as far as vision goes- like frames. Also, if you don't know, is there a place that I can contact that would know? Thanks in advance- Isabel
