Do barbers in the military have the same full health insurance benefits as soldiers?

What about military janitors?

if your in as an inlisted you have the same as ever one else according to rank. but many barbers who cut hair for the military are not in the military I was in the army, I do not remember a MOS for hair cutting. But that was many years ago
