I'm traveling through Nicaragua for 3 months. What is the average I can expect to pay for this trip?

I have bought through Travel Insured International. I'm not pushing that company, it is just the only one I have experience with. I paid a couple hundred dollars for a 1 month trip- they have several levels of plans from basic to more complete. I think I had the basic one. Well worth it for the medical evacuation coverage, etc (that is if you have to be transported back home for medical treatment). Also covers the usual trip interruption and things like that.
