Where will unemployed get money to buy health insurance?

The sweeping legislation, affecting virtually every American and impacting one-sixth of the U.S. economy, would extend coverage to an estimated 32 million uninsured. How are the uninsured going to be insured? Does the government pay? If so, how does it reduce the deficit? Big business will have to provide insurance or be taxed. The stock market will probably go down as a result. There are many other concerns, but we can start with these.
