is it a sin tax? or a luxury tax? doesn't every one die equally? what would taxing insurance prove or benefit?

The government needs money to continue with it socialist plan and this is a benefit not taxed yet. It is a tax on the "wealthy" so it won't affect most of those that support Obama and his socialist agenda.
