No, no one offers a policy that covers cosmetic surgery, because the only people that would buy it would be the ones who want to use it. And there's no limit, ya know, to how people want to surgically change their bodies - kinda like potato chips, one operation is never enough, there's always something ELSE they want done. So insurance companies can't make money on it, so they don't sell it.
