I have a FL drivers liscense, but havent lived there in a long time. I am going to be traveling all over the US for a while, and not working. What should I do?

Where do you live? Where do you file taxes from? What's your legal residence? That's the health insurance you need. But you're going to be out of network, if you're not in that state, so expect to pay a lot for your services.
