Teamsters Blue Cross/ Blue Shield 1) everything covered except for $100 co pay - then I'd have to pay 10% of each medical office visit up to $1700 then 100% free 2) have to pay $100 co- pay then $250 in house treatment, then $20 each psych meeting 3) have to pay for $100 co-pay then 10% of every office visit , $250 hospital stay for delivery 4) have to pay $100 co-pay ( for any medical need ) then $20 every psych meeting- NA meetings are free 5) have to pay for $100 co-pay ( for any medical need) then $20 per facility meeting - AA meetings are free
