My daughter just turned one and isnt covered by any insurance anymore. I need her to see the doctor. and would they cover for mental health too?

As soon as you are registered in DEERS and you have your dependent ID cards, and your husband actually enrolls you into Tricare, then you will be covered. Until that happens you are not. Only Active duty servicemen are automatically covered by Tricare. As a dependent, depending on what type of medical plan you are enrolled in with tricare, some things will be covered while others won't. You may also have to pay co-pays.
