Why shouldn't ones health care be an individuals responsibility instead of forcing someone else to shoulder that burden by law? Are employers going to be forced by law to also buy health insurance for workers families?

Any expense a business incurs is simply passed onto the consumer so in the end it is all of you that pay for health care anyway.
