What do I do if my health insurance company refuse to cover pre-existing conditions?

I need oral and maxillofacial surgery, but my health insurance company from work (Cigna) is denying coverage by stating that it's preexisting. I need an expert advice. Thank a lot

You can move to another country where denies for this reason are not allowed. Or you can wait until the law changes (in 2014?). Or you can pay for the surgery yourself (and not use insurance). Sometimes an oral surgeon can bill your dental insurance instead of your health insurance.
