I live around the Chicago suburbs, and I don't have health insurance at the moment. I just want to get the regular check-up and pap smear. Anyidea how much it would cost?

If you aren't having any serious problems, you'll get perfectly adequate care at Planned Parenthood at a price that is appreciably less than most doctors can charge. When I was a young woman, I got all my gyn. care at Planned Parenthood. Now my needs are beyond their expertise, so I see a board-certified OB-Gyn., but I still donate to Planned Parenthood so young woman will still have access to affordable reproductive health care.
