I sent out the form last 10 days ago, when will I receive my card? Thanks

Nobody here could possibly know. It depends upon the company you sent it to and how you applied. It normally takes 7 to 10 business days to receive a card after processing and approval. If it is a group policy approval is automatic and you should be getting it soon. If it is an individual policy and the company needs medical records it can take 3 days to 6 weeks for the policy to be approved. If it is a Medicaid policy it can take 3 months for them to approve it and another 3 months to get your card. If it is a scam company you may never get a card. You'll need to contact your agent, HR department, case worker, or the company, whichever applies.
